How can I tell if it’s worth it?
You will be able to judge the coaching value. Througout the coaching sessions there will be time for reviews and reflection. You will have an opportunity to evalute your journey towards your goal and be mindful of how you are feeling. We will discuss what is important to you, in how to measure your coaching experience.
The outcome of our coaching conversations will also depend on what you bring to the sessions, you need to be prepared to be yourself and think about what changes you would like to implement.
